The School Decision-Making Committee (SDMC) at Gregory-Lincoln plays a vital role in supporting student achievement, school improvement, and collaborative leadership.
Made up of teachers, staff, parents, community members, and the principal, the SDMC meets regularly to review campus needs, provide input on budget and staffing decisions, and guide school planning efforts.
Together, the SDMC ensures that decisions reflect the voices of our diverse school community and align with our mission to create an inclusive, equitable, and high-achieving learning environment for all students.
