Cell Phone Policy

Use of cell phones and electronic devices on campus is prohibited during school hours. Phones, electronic devices, and headphones must be put away and silenced during school hours. Students may not wear or use personal headphones of any kind during the school day. Cell phones may only be used with teacher instruction and monitoring when serving the instructional objectives of the lesson for the day. The unauthorized use or operation of any electronic devices is a level I offense and will result in confiscation.

Confiscated phones and electronics should be turned in to the Main Office as soon as possible. There are several options for retrieval available based on the frequency of violation:  

1.     Student pick-up at end of the day - 1st Offense

2.     Parent pick-up at end of the day - 2nd Offense

3.     Student pick-up with $15 fee at end of day - 3rd Offense

4.     Parent pick-up with $15 fee at end of day - 4th Offense
